Specially invited visitors from historical capital of bellydance - Cairo (Egypt), a
bellydance world star Nour and the President of the International Association of Artists in Egypt - Syrian singer Yasser Al-Swery

The purposes and goals:
The Festival aims at elevating the oriental arts and promotes better image of Belly Dancing, at encouraging through the ancient art of oriental dance the self-expression of dancers, instructors,
choreographers and belly dance teachers to couple technique and precision with enthusiasm and passion, as well as exchange experience, establish and promote artistic contacts, compete and
contest.

Time and Venue:

DAY 1 - 30th of October
18.00 - Master workshops of the bellydance world star Nour ( http://www.nour-orientaldance.com ).

DAY 2 - 31th of October
10.00 - Competition (eliminator contest and final)

DAY 3 - 1st of November
12.00 - Master workshops of the bellydance world star Nour.

Locations and time of competition and master workshops will be specified. Organizers reserve the right to itself to make changes to the schedule.

Fantastic Gala-show featuring winners of the Festival and special show programm of the guests from Egypt .

The participants in the competiton
Dancers from all parts of Russia as well as from various countries of the world can participate in the contest.
Contest Categories
Solo Groups

Adults: beginners, Amateurs, signors + +
small groups (up to 6 pers) and formation groups (7 and more)

Style of the competition - Show Belly dance
Dance may consist of any dance styles and movements, props such as swords, sabers, chandeliers and circus elements. Any music allowed including Arabic pop music, as well as belly dance fusion (a
unique combination of Belly dance technique and elements of other dance forms such, jazz, Latin dance, and Indian dance.

Dance have time limit of 3,5 min. The partiipants has the riht to choose the music. Music have to be on CD-R (chack before show) with name of the participant.

The judges will look to following:
1. An image: the Suit the Hairdress the Make-up
2. Actor's skill: Semantic conformity of execution with music \text Contact to the spectator an execution manner
3. Technics: Rich lexicon Feeling of a rhythm a dance Aesthetics - Sinhron (for groups)
4. A composition: Development (an exit, the culmination, the ending) Musical conformity
5. A general impression

Jury/judges:
The main judge - bellydance world star Nour. Also in judgment - President of the International
Association of Artists in Egypt - Syrian singer Yasser Al-Swery.
The most original dance compositions will be selected for Gala Show!!!

Winners Reward:
All winners will be rewarded with a diploma and a medalion. SPECIAL PRIZE, given by NOUR-will be awarded to the person she will select.

Master workshops.
Master workshops of the bellydance world star Nour (www.nour-orientaldance.com) will be done on the International bellydance show festival.
Time of each master workshop - 2,5 hour

#2 - Mejance (antre)

Each participant has 50% discount on the Gala Show tickets.
Fee for master workshop 45 euro 50 euro
(20% discount for two)
